While Chelsea fans will enjoy the biannual transfer windows when the club are linked to so many different players, the existing Blues stars must always be anxiously looking over their shoulders.

Chelsea player should be thrilled by transfer rumour
One of the latest rumours is at the transfer saga involving Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise is over. Well, from a Chelsea perspective at the very least.
This should be music to the ears of Blues player Noni Madueke.
The Athletic reported on Friday that Chelsea have pulled out of the race to sign the Palace attacker Olise because the finances involved were deemed too expensive.
According to BBC Sport, Olise is primed to join Bayern Munich instead this summer.
The Chelsea Chronicle is convinced that Olise would have gone straight into Chelsea’s XI on the right wing had he ended up moving across London.
Despite missing out on the talented forward, there’s always a positive spin you could make.
Noni Madueke should sense moment
If anyone should be pleased about the Olise pursuit ending, it definitely should be £29m star (Sky Sports) Madueke.
Madueke, 22, could have had his path into the starting line-up blocked by the Palace star. Instead, he could have a great opportunity to Stake a claim in the team next season under Maresca.
Madueke had an up and down 2023/24 campaign at Chelsea, which finished with 8 goals in 34 appearances. He certainly finished the season strongly when he got a run of starts and Mauricio Pochettino.
The English right-winger still quite raw and a way from being the finished article, but we’d love to see him get frequent game time next year.
