Ebere Eze breaks silence over Michael Olise transfer to Bayern Munich, he had one clear message

Crystal Palace seem imminently set to lose Michael Olise as he nears a move to Bayern Munich this summer, now Ebere Eze has spoken out.

It’s almost a week now since Michael Olise to Bayern Munich became a likely possibility with last Friday night being when the news broke.

Since then, it seems to have gone quiet, likely with Olise in preparations for the Olympic Games in Paris and also Bayern will be in little rush if an agreement is already reached.

Transfer rumours have been hot however around who Crystal Palace will sign as a replacement this summer.

Speaking on Friday though, Eberechi Eze has now spoken out about the move and in doing so he had a clear message of support for Olise.

Ebere Eze speaks out on potential Michael Olise exit

The exit of Olise will be a huge blow for Palace but nobody in the squad will be sadder to see him go than his partner in crime, Eze.

“He is an incredible player. I enjoyed playing with him, don’t know how many seasons, two or three seasons now”, Eze began to explain to talkSPORT.

“He is a top, top player, top talent, top mentality, and yeah, he has got everything it takes to get to the top and to play the highest level football.”

Eze then concluded with a pretty clear message of support to his still current Palace teammate.

“Whether he is going there or not, I don’t know yet, but, for sure, he is an incredible player and he has got what it takes.”

Losing Olise may have also put Palace at risk of losing Eze, with the pair having a great connection on the pitch and so Dougie Freedman must give Eze a new teammate just as talented.

Who is the best Olise replacement option Palace could buy?

There are several players who have been linked with a move to Selhurst Park this summer to take over on the right wing.

Of all the options, only two are ready to come into Palace and make a similar impact to Olise.

Matias Soule is one, with the Argentine’s future not yet decided at Juventus. He would break the bank though, so perhaps a loan would be a smart move in this deal.

So with Soule likely too expensive to permanently arrive, Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa is the best option possible to replace Olise and he’d cost just £25m.

Hopefully, we see this done quickly and Glasner can have his new signings all in for pre-season.
