Formula Vee racer Bill Garner enjoyed another successful weekend racing at Snetterton Circuit Norfolk at the weekend (June 21/22) with the 750 Motor Club.
After testing on Friday it was a full day Saturday with qualifying and two races in the day.
Having qualified ninth overall for Race One, The Gorefield driver was first in Class B posting the fastest lap and 6th overall from a 30-car grid.
Race Two saw a sixth-place start with another class win and fastest lap, finishing fifth overall.
Although a little disappointed not to finish higher overall, the results now mean Garner and the team are currently Class B Championship leaders and just six points off third overall.
The Fenland ace is also second in the Masters Championship for drivers aged more than 45 years.
The team are hoping to maintain momentum at the next meeting to be held at Cadwell Park in July.
