OK! reported Harley was arrested on June 19, when she allegedly pointed a gun at her boyfriend, Joseph Abrosole, and threatened to kill him. She was booked at the Clark County Detention Center with her bail set at $5,000.
The 33-year-old's attorney continuously maintained her innocence, insisting the "charges are unsubstantiated." According to the lawyer, "overwhelming mitigating evidence exists that Jen did not commit any crime."

Harley has a sordid history with alleged abuse. In 2019, she was arrested for supposedly throwing an ashtray at her Jersey Shore star ex Ortiz-Magro.
