2022 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE PRICE MAY HAVE LEAKED

The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee configurator is officially live, with seven different trim levels, colors, options, and Mopar accessories available out of the gate. At first glance, there doesn’t appear to be any pricing included, but we may have found an area on the Jeep website that disclosed the base MSRP of the new SUV: $37,390 USD. The WL Grand Cherokee Trailhawk comes in at $50,275, according to the website.

And before you get upset and chastise for mistaking the new Grand Cherokee for the three-row Grand Cherokee L, we had a look and compared pricing between the two. The “shorty” comes in at at $1,245 less than the base three-row, while the range topping Summit models are within a few hundred dollars of each other.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Price

As pictured, the trims available are the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Price is listed with each Laredo, Altitude, Limited, Overland, Summit, and Summit Reserve trim level.

The lower-end modesl feature a base rear-wheel drivetrain with all-wheel drive optional. Conversely, the Summit Reserve and Trailhawk are only offered with all-wheel drive. Wheel choices range from 17 to 21 inches and there are five different body colors in total. There is also an option for a black roof on the higher end trim levels including the trailhawk and there are only three powertrains to speak of for all levels including a plug-in hybrid that is not currently shown on the configurator.

The upscale models are available with Nappa leather with the Summit model giving an option for wood trim while the base models wear all black. The fancy Summit Reserve takes things a step further by providing an additional touchscreen for the passenger at no additional cost.

New Jeep Grand Cherokee Powertrains

First up is the 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 that pushes out 293 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. The other option available only on the Summit Reserve and Trailhawk is the heralded 5.7L Hemi V8 boasting 357 horsepower with 390 lb-ft of torque. Later next year will be the 4xe hybrid that provides 375 horsepower and 470 Lbs of torque with its 2.0L turbo and electric motor powered by a 17 kWh battery pack. Pricing for 4xe trim levels were not on the Jeep website.
