Buttermilk pancakes with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 people:

200 g flour
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
3/8 l buttermilk
2 tablespoons sugar
40 g butter
clarified butter for baking
2 packets vanilla sugar
500 g strawberries

Preparation:

1. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Beat eggs with buttermilk and stir into the flour. Allow to swell for 30 minutes.

2. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar. Heat butter and brown slightly. Stir into batter. Fry pancakes in hot clarified butter.

3. Mix remaining sugar with vanilla sugar. Wash strawberries, clean and cut into small pieces. Mix with vanilla sugar and place on top of the pancakes.

Preparation time approx. 45 minutes.
