Mango cup

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 mangos
1 ripe banana
juice of 1 lime
1 package (850 ml) of mango ice cream
2 tablespoons of coconut chips or shavings
Also:
Lemon balm for garnish

Preparation:

1. Peel mangoes and cut into pieces from fibrous core. Peel banana and cut into pieces. Puree mangoes, banana and lime juice. Refrigerate.

2. Layer mango puree together with mango ice cream in glasses and sprinkle with coconut chips. Sprinkle with coconut shavings. Sprinkle with lemon balm leaves and serve immediately.

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes + cooling time
