Dairy Queen is ushering in the spring of 2024 by treating its fans to a free vanilla cone on the first day of the season.
Several brands have launched spring-themed merch or food items to welcome the new season, be it Stanley’s vibrant-colored tumblers this year or special seasonal menus at Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks.
How to get a free cone at Dairy Queen on March 19, 2024
Only for a day on March 19, customers can grab a free small vanilla cone at the participating American Dairy Queen locations.
You need to download the app or visit the company’s official website to determine if your nearest location is participating in “Treat Szn”.
The offer isn’t valid on delivery or mobile orders. Limit one per person, you can get a free cone without a purchase at non-mall locations in the U.S. and with a purchase at participating mall locations.
The vanilla soft serve cone featuring classic curl on top is just the dessert everyone needs when the sun sticks longer as spring commences.

Ice Cream brand has two more exciting flavors
While you’re at Dairy Queen, you can try their two new flavors – Confetti Cake and Cherry Dipped Cone.
Some locations started to sell theConfetti Cake Dipped Cone starting February 26, while others received it in March. The new flavor is believed to mimic cake batter, topped with multicolored sprinkles.
The other new flavor – Cherry Dipped Cone – has returned nearly a year after it was discontinued. It’s available in Dairy Queen locations since March 5.
