A day to remember indeed

This disastrous social media wedding came as Brennan explained in the comments: “I’m never pulling up my pants ever again. I blame Men’s Wearhouse. It’s not me OR my butt’s fault! I hate that someone captured this. I’ll never live it down.”

“This is a really sweet wholesome moment, right? It’s just a couple of groomsmen praying over their good friend, Owen, as he’s about to get married,” he said before moving his head so viewers could see the full picture. “Well, that’s my butt. Those are my butt cheeks.”

The image showed Brennan in his grey trousers with a very visible wedgie as he gathered around his friends in a prayer circle.

Brennan continued to explain: “I tried to pull up my pants so they would be better around my ankles. Which they do, but as you can see, my butt looked like that the entire night.”

Unfortunately, Brennan didn’t clock the style mistake until he woke up the following morning to text messages.

Was the wedding ruined?

One person pointed out: “The photographer was so shitty for not making you move to the other side.”

“When the groomsman is responsible for bringing the [wedding] cake,” another person wrote, as a third added, “Woulda been confused which cake supposed to be cut.”

The post even received some celebrity attention as recording artist SZA commented on Instagram: “Sometimes prayers are moving to a booty-clenching level… I respect it.”
