"70/30 for Bayern, there's a certain Harry Kane in there, he's doubly motivated, wants to win a title finally, and it's against Arsenal."

Jurgen Klinsmann has given Arsenal just a 30% chance of beating Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League due to one factor.

The north London side salvaged a 2-2 draw against the German giants this week with Leandro Trossard scoring an equalising goal to give Arsenal some hope of qualifying for the semi-finals, with Fabrizio Romano praising the Belgian international for his performance.

With a Champions League title still missing from Arsenal’s trophy cabinet, this season could finally be the year that the Gunners add Europe’s premium accolade to the collection, something Mikel Arteta will be desperate to do this year alongside winning the Premier League.

Indeed, Arsenal know if they have any shot of progressing to the Champions League semi-finals, they will have to stop Kane on his own turf, something the Gunners might find difficult in Germany.

Arsenal need to have the game of their season in Germany

Arsenal in 2024 have been a force, yet the north London side might need to put on their best game of the season to date if they’re to progress against Bayern in Germany.

The reigning Bundesliga champions, whilst poor this season, can beat anyone at home on their day, with Bayern still one of the most dangerous sides in the Champions League due to their European pedigree.

And for Arsenal, they will have to be perfect with every pass, touch and run if they’re to make it through next week, with the north London side capable of beating Bayern.
