Tottenham scouts set to watch £25m forward tonight in the Europa Conference League

Tottenham Hotspur are scheduled to watch one of their summer transfer targets tonight in the Europa Conference League.

The summer transfer window is going to give Ange Postecoglou with a real opportunity to fine tune this Tottenham side now.

Daniel Levy has now had two transfer windows with the Australian manager and a number of players have been brought in.

And Tottenham’s squad has certainly been strengthened over the last two transfer windows with players like Micky van de Ven and Guglielmo Vicario providing big upgrades on last season.

This summer will provide Postecoglou to make some smaller adjustments on this side as they look set to play European football next season.

There is one player who Tottenham have now been linked with for a number of months now and look set to watch him in action later today.

The summer window may not see Spurs need to bring in a great deal of players but it is apparent stronger depth could be needed.

Spurs certainly have made progress in that department with the likes of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski both starting on the bench last weekend.

However, with players like Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg now expected to leave over the coming months Spurs may need to replace a few faces.

One player who has been heavily linked with a potential move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium over recent months has been Antonio Nusa.

And it has been said that Spurs are still monitoring the Belgian winger as a potential option for upcoming summer window.

According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Tottenham will be just one of a number of sides in attendance tonight watching Club Brugge’s game against PAOK.

Along with the Lilywhites, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Aston Villa are just some of the other sides set to be onwatching.

Although the report does not strictly say Spurs are going to watch Nusa specifically, he is the player who is in action for Brugge and strongly linked with the north London club.

Exciting stats that show Antonio Nusa could be a long-term success under Ange Postecoglou

At just 18-years-old, it is apparent the £25m-rated Nusa is not a player who may arrive at Tottenham this summer and immediately impact Postecoglou’s starting XI.

Spurs are now known for their front-footed, attacking style of football and Nusa’s stats look like he could be the perfect player for that system.

Lucas Bergvall is a young player who is arriving in north London and Nusa looks like the perfect addition to play out wide as Spurs plan for the long-term.
