The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has climbed to an estimated $203 million with a cash option of $92.7 million.
“The winning numbers were: 14, 20, 23, 53, 69. Powerball: 4. Power Play 2x.”
No one across the country hit Wednesday’s $180 million jackpot. There were also no second-prize, $1 million tickets sold.
In New Jersey, no one won more than $200 with a single ticket.
Wednesday’s winning numbers were: 1, 11, 19, 21 and 68. The Powerball drawn was 15, with a Power Play of 2X.
In addition, no one won the secondary $10 million Double Play drawing or the $500,000 second prize. Those winning numbers were: 6, 15, 19, 42 and 45. The Double Play number drawn was: 16.
The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who buys a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers and win at least $1 million, while the odds are 913,129 to 1 to win a third prize of at least $50,000.
Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
