Julian Gressel has now shared if Inter Miami is now the best team he has ever played for in his illustrious MLS career.
The USA international is regarded as one of the most consistent players in the division over the last ten years, with Gressel a key part of Atlanta United’s 2018 MLS Cup-winning side under Tata Martino with the midfielder repeating the feat last year with the Columbus Crew.
Now with Inter Miami, Gressel has quickly become one of the Herons’ most important players having started every MLS game this season, with the German-born star proving to be a top addition for the Florida franchise.
And Gressel has now shared if he considered Inter Miami the best team he has ever played for.

Speaking on the Player/Manager podcast, Gressel admitted that this Inter Miami side is the best he has ever played with in his MLS career, with the 30-year-old becoming teammates this year with the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
With Martino’s Inter Miami arguably the greatest MLS team of all time, it’s no real wonder Gressel believes this side is the best he’s played with, especially after recent results with Messi fully fit.
Gressel said when asked if this Inter Miami team is the best side he has ever played for in his impressive career in America: “In terms of quality and depth, 100%.
“The best team might not always win in soccer, so we’re obviously going to lose some games with Leo, but there’s always that sense of if we put our best foot forward and play to our quality, then nobody should beat us.”
