The B1134 Long Row, Tibenham, to close for one day and two nights for resurfacing work

A road at Tibenham is set to be closed for two nights and one day over May and July for for more than £90,000 worth of resurfacing work.

The B1134 Long Row, Tibenham, will first be closed between 7pm and 6am on May 30 to start the work.

Norfolk County Council’s community and environmental services department and their contractors Tarmac and Keir Highway Services will carry out the work which is costing £91,354.

The resurfacing work will close the road for one day and two nights

The three closure dates will ensure work to resurface the stretch of road, line painting and cat’s eyes (road studs) can being renewed. Access to properties will be maintained at all times.

The other dates and times for the work are:

► July 3: 9am to 4pm for surface dressing work.

► July 12: 7pm to 6am for road marking and road stud replacement.

A fully signed diversion route will be in operation for the duration of the works.
