N.J. real estate forecast shows home prices will increase. See latest list.

Home values in New Jersey may increase going into the summer, according to the Zillow’s latest real estate forecast.

An analysis of over 500 ZIP codes in the state shows that most will see slight increases of 1% or less in July. However, two in Camden County near Philadelphia will rise by over 3%.

Meanwhile, 46 ZIP codes will see a drop in home values by less than 1%.

A note about the data: Zillow excluded some ZIP codes because it did not have enough data to project home values for them.
