Dr Pimple Popper is renowned all over the world for her incredible work picking, plucking, and poking all kinds of pimples out from their hiding places. Other bumps, lumps, and lipomas certainly arent shying away and have been surgically removed by the doctor with great pleasure.
Although Dr Sandra Lee, AKA Dr Pimple Popper, isn’t appearing on TLC with her hit show right at this moment, she’s potentially played a big role in Hollywood star Jennifer Love Hewitt’s career. Who knew pimple-popping could have such powers?

Jennifer Love Hewitt is a Hollywood star who has appeared in many TV series and movies in her time.
Her credits include Garfield: The Movie, I Know What You Did Last Summer, 9-1-1, and Heartbreakers.
She even appeared in Enrique Iglesias’ Hero music video over 20 years ago.
In an interview with E! News, Jennifer explained how she manages to film such emotional scenes as an actress.
Surprisingly, she said she watches “pimple-popping videos” for more than one reason.
She said: “…because it’s really enjoyable A, and B, it doesn’t mess with my headspace. It doesn’t take me out of the drama headspace and into a happier headspace.”
Dr Pimple Popper is the OG
Given how Dr Pimple Popper has run for over 100 seasons since the TLC show began in 2018, some could assume the videos Jennifer feasts her eyes on are from the OG herself. However, she doesn’t mention Dr Lee specifically.
From blackhead extraction to pillar cysts, “fatty” lipomas, and “scrambled egg” back cysts, there’s really no end to the different cases Dr Pimple Popper has worked on.
Judging by the doctor’s body of work so far, actress Jennifer can keep practicing her emotional scenes as the pimple-popping videos are still coming through thick and fast.
There’s no shortage of content from Dr Sandra, much like some of her patients’ never-ending cysts and keloids!
