Door wide open for West Ham to sign incredible striker with club allegedly open to 'any kind of sale'

West Ham United have to exit the summer transfer window with a new top-class striker amongst our ranks.

It’s been far too long since West Ham have had a proven 20 goal a season striker to rely upon, and now there’s someone out there who Julen Lopetegui should easily be able to sign if he so chooses.

The Hammers boss is said to be keen to wrap up the majority of his business before our pre-season campaign starts on July 20th.

Lopetegui has already brought Luis Guilherme to the London Stadium, and the Brazilian is an incredibly exciting addition for us.

However, the West Ham manager needs to make at least six or seven more new signings, if we are to be competitive next season.

The former Wolves boss is said to be targeting six new arrivals, and one of them absolutely has to be a top-class striker.

Now, the Hammers have a chance to sign not only an elite forward, but someone who’s perfectly suited to Lopetegui’s system as well.

Door wide open for West Ham to sign incredible striker

The Hammers seemingly have a real chance to sign an elite centre-forward this summer.

According to a report from Diario de Sevilla (print edition June 16th), Sevilla are open to ‘any kind of sale’ for the 27-year-old, and West Ham are one of the clubs in the race for his signature.

The Hammers have been chasing En-Nesyri for quite some time now, and have been heavily linked with signing him this summer.

The Daily Mail have described the Moroccan as ‘incredible’, and they’re bang on the money – he would be absolutely perfect for us.

He has absolutely everything the Hammers need in a centre-forward, what with his work-rate, aerial prowess and finishing ability.

He’s well capable of leading the line on his own and is in another league to Michail Antonio.

If West Ham can pick up En-Nesyri for something like £20-25 million or who knows, even cheaper, it will be a great deal for the club.

Tottenham apparently want to sign the Sevilla ace as well though, so we’ll definitely have our work cut out if we are to bring him to the London Stadium this summer.
