NEXT-GENERATION P703 FORD RANGER REVEAL WILL BE ON NOVEMBER 24

The past few months have been increasing in hype for the next-generation 2021 Ford Ranger, as teasers for the mid-size truck appear to be more and more frequent. But the wait is almost over as the global reveal date has just been announced to be on November 24th.

Next-Gen Ford Ranger: Details On Development

According to Ford, the reimagined, redesigned, and reengineered Ranger is said to be the smartest, most versatile, and most capable Ranger ever, with plans to reach more than 180 markets around the world. By reaching so many different markets, the Ranger will be seen all across the globe, which is why the development phase was so important. First, the 2023 Ford Ranger was tested in 6,213 miles (10,000 Kilometers) of desert, putting the mid-size truck through its paces at temperatures well over 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Ford then took the prototypes to test within freezing temperatures to ensure it could handle anything customers may throw at it.

Ford has conducted more than 5,000 interviews and worked with hundreds of pick-up owners in dozens of workshops across the globe to understand how owners use their trucks, along with things they wished their vehicles had and what experiences mattered most to them. The customer-centric approach helped Ford design and engineer the next-generation Ranger into a truck customers would want and appreciate. But don’t let yourselves get too excited as the P703N Ford Ranger (the Ford Ranger for the USA/Canada market) will likely have its own debut next year, with production not starting until May of 2023.

The rugged new look and host of new features that boost productivity, capability, and versatility enable the 2023 Ford Ranger to go more places, work harder, and offer more comfort and refinement than ever before. So mark the date on your phones because the next-gen Ranger will debut on November 24th during a live stream at 08:00 CET at the FordEurope YouTube channel.
