For the 2023 model year of the Ford F-150 Tremor, we will finally see this trim level with the 5.0L Coyote V8 engine as standard. However, the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 will remain an available option for customers. The Tremor also offers a Torsen front differential, just like on the Raptor. While not a true locking diff, the Torsen will send torque to whatever wheel has the most traction, which is nice to have when rock crawling or traversing obstacles otherwise. The Tremor is no Silverado ZR2, but it’s packed with plenty of go-anywhere gear nonetheless.

So if you’re looking to splurge on the Tremor and are willing to spend over $60,000, you’ll be getting a highly capable truck for your off-road adventures. Though if you want to spend a bit less money on an off-road truck, the Rattler might be the best option for you.
