'I've heard': Arsenal are keen on signing £60m player in England's Euro 2024 squad - Sky journalist

Arsenal could be set for a big summer transfer window.

The north London club spent a massive amount of money last summer, and they could be set for another transfer window splurge this time around.

Indeed, Arsenal are being linked with a number of potential strikers and midfielders, and now, the Gunners are being linked with one of the Premier League’s most exciting attacking midfield players.

Speaking on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk Podcast, Pete Graves has been discussing Eberechi Eze’s future at Crystal Palace, and he’s named Arsenal as a team he’s heard are interested in the £60m man.

Arsenal interested in Eberechi Eze

Graves spoke about Eze and named Arsenal amongst the clubs interested in the midfielder.

“There’s lots of Premier League interest in Eze. Palace obviously have Olise as well, but speaking specifically about Eze, Spurs, Manchester United are among those interested. Someone said to me about Manchester City, I’ve heard Newcastle, I’ve heard Arsenal, all of the top clubs you would think would be interested,” Graves said

Eze ready for a big move

Eberechi Eze is ready for a big move this summer.

The midfielder has been brilliant for Crystal Palace for a long time now, hence why so many of these top clubs are keen on signing him.

Arsenal are said to be keen, but, unfortunately, it’s tough to see the England international joining the Gunners this summer.

Simply put, there isn’t much space for Eze in this Arsenal team, Martin Odegaard is already established as the Gunners’ first-choice number 10, and Eze would surely want to be a starter wherever he moves.

Eze would be best off joining another team where he’d be guaranteed more minutes rather than going to Arsenal to be a rotational option.

Eze is good enough to be a key player for a top club, and his next move should allow him the chance to shine at that very top level.
