Newark-born actress and singer Tina Hall to bring Tina’s Ultimate Rock Show to Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham

An actress and singer is set to rock into Nottingham on her latest tour.

Tina Hall, who was born in Newark and grew up in Southwell, is known for her acting roles in season two of Netflix’s Toy Boy, a seven-year stint in Channel 5 soap Family Affairs, and a role in BBC One’s Doctors, as well as on TV in Spain.

Now she’s on tour to belt out a host of classic hits in Tina's Ultimate Rock Show.

After sell-out shows, Tina has now announced that Tina’s Ultimate Rock Show will on the Motorpoint Arena stage for one night only on Friday, December 20.

Dubbed the ‘rock chick’, Tina promises this year’s show will be bigger and better than ever — and she wants to bring a smile to everyone’s faces.

Bring your bandana, unleash your inner rock star and get ready to rock and roll as Tina treats audiences to a range of rock and roll classics — including hits by Guns N’ Roses, Bon Jovi, The Rolling Stones, Queen, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Nicks, Journey, T. Rex, David Bowie and Blondie — in a high-energy, feel-good factor show.

Tina will also be back at The Palace Gardens, Southwell Minster, on June 15 as part of the tour, for a hometown show.

She said: “It’s very rare that a show actually has the opportunity to come back to your hometown. It’s such an emotional and special show because all your family and friends are there.”

Nottingham city is also a special place for her to perform, having spent much time there growing up.
